IT Head

• Taking ownership and management of all aspects of the IT infrastructure

• Manage information technology and computer systems. 

• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. 

• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. 

• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.

• Proactively analyzing, identifying and give remedies to potential issues with IT systems; 

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. 

• Preserve assets, information security and control structures. 

• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. 

• Expertise in data center management and data governance. 

• Data/server backups support

• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation. 

• Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems

• Fully managing the company security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, detection systems

• Audit systems and assess their outcomes. 

• Responsible for IT Procurement and Asset management stock control

• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. 

• Design and implement best practice IT policies 

• Must be willing to work in the night shift should the operational and emergency protocols required

Technical Skills:

Must Have: Firewall / UTMs like Sonicwall,Cyberoam,Shopos or anyone, linux such as Centos or Redhat linux, windows server, good knowledge of Storage such as SAN/NAS along with RAID technologies, vmware server virutualization, CISCO - L2/L3 switches, Networking, Azure, AWS, Routing, Good knowledge of backup and maintenance with variaous backup solutions, Must have good command over security technlogies and network management
